Charles Koch, the chairman and CEO of Koch Industries, has a new book on the horizon this fall: Believe in People: Bottom-Up Solutions for A Top-Down World. The book, currently available to preorder, is written with Brian Hooks, the chairman and CEO of Stand Together, a philanthropic community co-founded by Koch.
As Koch shared with Axios’ Mike Allen, the book, set for a Nov. 17 release, is based on the principle that “what made societies successful was empowering not just a few at the top, but people throughout society.”
The book, Koch told Allen, “is geared toward people who see problems and injustices in society, to help them see a way they can become social entrepreneurs.”
Koch’s other works include 2015’s Good Profit and 2007’s The Science of Success.
